We will go to any length necessary to help you finally recover once and for all from your substance abuse disorder. You can have your life back, but must be willing to put in the work!

Once you are ready to roll up your sleeves; Orem Drug Rehab is able to offer you the precise type of treatment you will need in order to have any real fighting chance to heal from a drug or alcohol addiction.
This means we divide up the different levels of care amongst the outpatient rehab treatment program we provide. Generally speaking there are four (4) main types of outpatient rehab. On average you can expect to spend a total of three (3) months per level of care.

All of our different levels of care focus primarily on educating our clients with concepts and resources such as but not limited to:

Vocational Rehab Utah, Al Anon Meetings, Hospitals in Utah, Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms, 12 Step Program LDS, 12 Steps of NA, Alcohol Withdrawal Symptoms, Short Term Effects of Alcohol, Stages of Alcoholism, Signs of Alcoholism, Prescription Drug Abuse in Utah, Al Anon 12 Steps, Side Effects of Alcohol, Definition of Alcoholism, Alcohol Effects on the Body, Post Acute Withdrawal, Alcohol Withdrawal Delirium, Anxiety and Depression, Mental Health Disorders, Alcohol Withdrawal Symptoms Timeline, Women in Recovery, Heroin Withdrawal Symptoms, What are the 12 Steps, Facts about alcohol, Alcohol Withdrawal Anxiety, Alcohol Withdrawal Insomnia, Alcohol Street Names, Ativan for Alcohol Withdrawal, etc.

As you can see, our list of expertise is rather extensive and extremely informative and helpful. Orem Drug Rehab is Utah's premier drug and alcohol treatment facility. We only hire the best therapists in Utah that are licensed and qualified as master level clinicians that specialize in substance abuse and mental health treatment.

The first level of care is referred to as a partial hospitalization (PHP) or Day Treatment program. This usually means that you attend 5-6 times per week with a minimum of at least 4 hours each time.

During this time, you can expect to gain the necessary skills to "survive" the real world on an outpatient basis through learning various coping and daily living skills. This means you can expect to have a healthy dose of group, individual, family and outdoor therapy.

You will learn more efficient ways to apply for a job as well as how to take care of yourself and you will produce random UA samples when asked to ensure program integrity and accountability. You will also have plenty of time for fun and group bonding activities such as service, hiking, snowboarding, biking, rock climbing, etc.

The next level of care (which is dedicated to this page) on an outpatient basis is called, Intensive Outpatient or IOP. You can expect to spend anywhere around 3-5 days per week at a minimum of 3 hours each day you attend. You will continue to do the same things you are expected to do at the Day Treatment level of care.

The only difference this time is that you are not expected to have as intense of exposure to all of the healthy curriculum. In simply terms, this means you will only be required to attend our outpatient rehab program in Utah anywhere from 9-12 hours less per week. After you successfully complete IOP, you will transition down to a General Outpatient treatment program (GOP).

GOP is highly specialized and catered to the client's personal needs. It really is almost impossible to write down a blanket statement regarding the exact nature of a GOP program. However, on average you can expect to attend 1-3 times per week at three hours each visit. Usually in GOP you will fine tune and put into practice all of your newfound skills, while still remaining safe as you are still required to produce negative UA's and to check in and report to the group and your therapist how life is going.

The final level of outpatient rehab care is Aftercare or alumni. This is normally considered optional, but considered priceless and extremely helpful in one's recovery process. You will want to attend AA, NA or what ever 12 Step program of your choice is available as well as a meeting or two per month as an alumni support. This way you are able to keep your disease in check and to help those who are struggling as you once were.
