There are many approaches to treating the disease of addiction; however, many other treatment centers forget to incorporate the power behind healing the spirit.
As you can see in our logo, Orem Drug Rehab understands that if the addict suffering from alcoholism or drug addiction is ever to have a true chance of healing, then you must teach and implement things that will help the client to heal their soul through spiritual practices.
Some of the ways this is done is through encouraging a direct and special relationship with their higher power, 12-Step community meetings, private/spare time in reading spiritual literature, outdoor adventures, recreational therapy, experiential therapy, etc.
Another major aspect that helps our clients is though only hiring the most qualified of staff. This means that our master level degree clinicians specializing in substance abuse and mental health is not enough. They must have a powerful connection and empathy towards addiction and our clientele. None of our staff that work at our drug treatment center punch in and out of the clock just for a paycheck.
They have either been personally involved with a drug or alcohol addiction themselves or seen the damaging effects through the lives of their loved ones as well.
